Mrs. Zakarowsky is a National Board Certified Science Instructor here at CVCC who has also taught at several other area high schools and colleges. She has mentored other teachers working on National Board Certification, and has taught science workshops for teachers through Cleveland State University and Miami University of Ohio.  She has recently taken summer classes in Biotechnology, Molecular Genetics and Forensics at Cornell University. In each of her classes, Mrs. Zakarowsky uses direct instruction and real-life experiences to provide students with the skills they need to pursue a successful career in science.  Below are the courses that Mrs. Zakarowsky teaches.
